Team Broward- Davie, Florida, Fast Pitch Softball Travel Program
Team Broward
We are based in Davie, Florida, and we practice at the Bamford
Sports Complex at Davie's Pine Island Park. We currently field teams
in the 12U, 14U, and 16U divisions, and will
compete in tournaments statewide.
Team Broward is a Florida not-for-profit corporation established
to create a full softball program for young women athletes. Team
Broward relies on experienced coaches and managers to create a
positive environment where the skills and attitude required to
compete are developed and strengthened, where sportsmanship and
respect for the sport are reflected in every practice, game, and
team activity, and where players develop into leaders.
Team Broward's Mission Statement:
To develop strength and confidence in all aspects of life
through teamwork, commitment, dedication, and challenge. Team
Broward recognizes that young women benefit personally and
academically from organized and competitive athletic endeavors,
and that the playing fields provide opportunities for successful
development of the character and qualities that students need to
continue to the next level, in school and in life.
Team Broward- Fall 2010
Team Broward will field three teams- 12U, 14U, and High
School, for the fall season, focusing on the Plantation fall
ball tournament.
